Finally started State Library of Queensland's "Licence 2 Test Drive" program. I will learn lots of new technologies to keep up with the fast moving world...I hope.
Gosh, took very long to do this first posting. But anyway, I'm doing it!
Being a library assistant, I find lots of interesting items at my workplace. House renovation, gardening (you can guess that my partner and I bought a nearly 20years old, need lots of TLC house about 17months ago, can't you?), surfing items for my partner, true stories, CDs and DVDs etc. etc. And I am a food lover. So I check good looking recipe books with a kind of excitement. Let's see..... a good cooking book to feature in my very first blog posting.... Janelle Bloom's "Fast Fresh and Fabulous" Yay! She appeared on channel Ten's Ready Steady Cook and her cooking was always quite simple and more of the housewife’s cooking rather than the chef's cooking style. And I have to tell you, her mud cake recipe titled "My favorite mud cake" was great! Yummo!! Using 300g of chocolate can't go wrong. Scone recipe was good, too. Interested?
